    They are all March not May ND's All those SRC's refer to march time frame not may, I THINK. Bcoz, it says 02186XX.. that is, calander year 02 which starts in October for BCIS and 186th day, that would be march/april time frame.

    tsc123102, Thank you. I think this is correct. I can keep my H1B status after using AP to enter. I got a confirmation on that from my immigration attorney.

    pa55, thank you. my H1B is valid, but I dont have a valid visa to travel and I dont want to travel for a visa stamp when I have the AP. I just wanted to use the AP to enter. Thanks again

    My AP got approved and just received it. RD 08/28/03 AD 02/17/04 I am currently on H1B. If I want to travel on AP/EAD, do I have to change status at work before I leave or something like that ? Thanks
