    There is hope I did not see any LUD before my approval so keep that in mind. USCIS is working to adjucate the cases of NC victims who come under 180 day rule and i am sure you will get approved shortly.

    Recieved the Card

    I recieved the physical card today and my Green Card journey is officialy Over. Thanks a lot for everybody on this wonderful forum without which it would have been almost impossible to keep my sanity through this insanely long and frustrating wait. Good luck to all who are still waiting.

    After a very long and frustrating wait i got the Card Production Ordered email from CRIS this morning.Looked at the case status online and found out that one of my kids is approved but nothing on my spouse and other kid,s cases. looks like the new memo works but as another twist yesterday...

    Congratulations!!!!! Hearty Congrats Akbari. I am also stuck in Name Check hell since oct 2003 and your approval gives me hope. My RD of 8/03 makes me one of the oldest cases.

    Congratulations!!! Enjoy your well desrved freedom.:):):) You give me hope. Was 10/03 LUD on your dependent case just a computer gltch? i am in the exact same situation. Email on 10/03 for kids and LUD on 10/03 and 10/04 but no RFE in the mail.

    RFE not received

    LUD Change on 11/2/07 30 days after RFE email Still did not recievethe actual RFE but the LUD has changed from 10/4 to 11/02. Dont know what is going on.:confused:

    Total Confusion!!! I talked to a very nice IO at TSC and she said that it probably is a system error but one should not ignore it and then she sent an email to her supervisor for clarification.As per IO i should get a letter from USCIS either the RFE or clarification that it was a computer...

    Same Here!!! I recieved 6 emails for my two kids saying an RFE was mailed on 10/03/07. I have yet to recieve it , attorney did not recieve it either. Dont know what is going on.:confused:

    Who can predict my approval ?

    Another Oldtimer Akbari, I thought i had the oldest case(RD of 8/03) but yours is older. I can understand your frustration but all we can do is wait. Hang in there man.
