    ba1234, I sent fax to 214-489 8021. But I don't think they scheduled FP for us because of the fax. Hope all May 02 people who have not received FP notices yet will hear from TSC soon.

    Sent fax to TSC twice a couple weeks back. Other than that I did nothing. I guess our cases are just too old and TSC finally start to schedule FP for people like us.

    I just received a call from my lawyer's office, saying they have received the notices for both my wife and me. We haven't received our copies though. Scheduled on 08/07/04. RD/ND 05/17/02

    850-900days

    Well, in less than 140 days (using 900 day limit) they have to send me FP notice, wait for FBI to clear backgroud check, and approve my case. Does not look they can make it.

    It is not my case. I just monitor if there is any FP activity, and found this case jumped to approved from received. My home is about 5min drive to Pleasant Hill Rd (from north Buford Hwy).

    It is not mine. SRC0217650417 was approved on 06/09/04. The status jumped directly from "received" to "approved". My case has the same RD/ND (05/17/02), but I haven't yet received FP notice. What the XXXX!

    Does it work this way? Every registered USCIS user can list up to 100 cases in his/her portfolio. This means every of us can get the status of 100 cases. Just need to distribute the cases and find one to collect all the results everyday. gaduluth

    Didn't work Tried call the 1800 # again. They put me on hold for near 1hr, and then told they could do nothing about it. :mad:
