They are just dead. It seems they got stuck on Oct 9th date for AP approvals. It is rediculous that they are taking so long for AP approvals. Can we do anything about it ??
I see from BCIS website that National Benefits Center have fastest processing time for Advance Parole (AP).
I have my I-485 application in Vermont and I have already submitted one AP with Notice date of December 3, 2003 to Vermont Center.
Can I apply for AP again to National Benefits...

Yep, I live in NJ.
I had to pay the fees of $110 again.
I went there early in the morning at 6:30 am. If you are not amongst the 1st 50 applicants then they give you a preference letter to come again. So be in the queue by 6:30 am. They admit people inside starting 7:30 am.
I went for walkin AP to Newark and got it without any questioning. The lady over there was very nice and she was not happy to know that I applied for AP to Vermont 2 months ago and heard nothing from Vermont.
She told me that in future never go to Vermont for AP , always come to Newark. Only...
I recently received notice for 2nd FP. I went to Newark for early FP as I plan to travel and there were no problems. Nice people over there and it only took me less than 15 minutes.
