(Parents are permanent residents) back to USA?
I do understand that the law says that the baby can come back before his/her 2nd birthday as long as he/she comes...

I just talked to my Lawyer; She says that any time you stay out of US
for more than 1 year, your H1 will get reset....
You may want to make sure that travel records,and employment records
in the foriegn country reflects that you worked and stayed there...

I am also is in the same situation as you are in. I didnt receive my 9003 with P-4. I read somewhere that I9003 has to be on yellow
color also (not reasonable, but hey what is reasonable in the visa world?)
