Hi KD1403, Thanks for the reply Actually my wife is staying in USA only but we went to india for a month so got one PPC for her from india do i need to get another one for her from here (indian consulate chicago).

HI ramyamj Do not get frustrated buddy I just got my PP mine was USPS Express Mail and i have to pickup from USPS at 4pm today. They left me a note with tracking no and it was picked up yesterday at 9pm. do not worry you will get it soon
