I finished my FP on 4/14/05 in Newark.I have no LUD so far. From the postings I see a trend that people have a LUD of "FP received processing resumed" in about a week. Its been over a week and i was wondering whats going on with my case? Is there some phone # i can call to find out ? Thanks

Thanx for the clarification. Just so i have it clear, Lets say i go on F1 tmr. And then stay on F1 for 2.5 yrs. This technically ends my 6 yrs limit? Or after 2.5 yrs when i go on H i still have 2.5 yrs left?? Appreciate the respone

I have a peculiar condition, I was on h1 for abt 1.5 yrs then on h4 for about 2 yrs. Now am on F1. Does my intial 3.5 yrs stay count towards my 6 year H limit??
