EAD to H1-B HI, I-485 RD - July 3 2002 I-485 ND - July 8 2002 FP - August 21 2002 Currently working using EAD and using AC 21. Have some iss-ues in the past with the sta-tu-s. So thinking of applying for H1-B as a safe side in case if GC didn't get approved. So far no RFEs...- angelwrote
