    Yes One draft per family for Visa Issueance feel and separate draft per family for application fee. If yours is an employment based case, petitioner will be your employer.

    I noticed that one of the employment date in form DS230 was incorrectly put by mistake. I have already sent Packet 3 to the consulate, is there any way to correct it and is it absolutely necessary to correct it before the interview ?

    They received my packet 3 on Feb 19 and I was told that my case has gone for "Clearance" and that I will know the interview date by next week.. Does anyone know what this "Clearance" is and if this is done for every case. ?

    When are new appointment dates posted on web site

    Does anyone know when the new appointment dates are posted on usembassy.state.gov/mumbai web site ? I sent my packet 3 about two weeks ago and am waiting for an appointment date
