Hello please help.. I am on my 7th year extn and my labor is pending at DBEC(filed as a RIR/EB3). If within the same (company/dept), i were to get a promotion(same job function but more responssibilities-title change) , do i have to file a new labor? SFMARS can you please advise.

I think i agree with sfmars. One of my friends infact went through this. The PD = Date I140 is filed. Not a lawyer but my 2 cents:)

I agree with sfmars...regarding your response you could try sending it to phily..i got a response back in 1 hour...my PD is Nov 2004. Looks like they are already approvin april 2003 ....worst case we might have to wait for 2 years(i guess i am being optimistic)
