Finally after the loooooooooooong wait, our 485s are approved. Now we need to get our passport stamped asap. Do we have to make infopass appointment for stamping at philly? Do they still accept "Walk-ins"? Thanks a lot!

Exactly same situation, except I'm in PA Name check has been pending for 23 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything is done but nothing has helped!

Forget to mention that my spouse's name checking has been with FBI since Jan 2003. I faxed and Mr. Hardy replied back saying the name check for spouse had been pending. INS didn't request my name check. I-485 pending for almost 3 years now.

Same boat Except I didn't try to call FBI. Our attorney is trying everything for us. The senator told him the name check is being conducted all this time.
