not yet rec'd snail mail @home, lawyer rec'd Lawyer sent a fax to my office with approval on Nov 18 (Thu), followed by snail-mail (Fedex) on Friday. At home, I have not yet received my copy. I have stamping appointment next week in Chicago.

I was in the same state. My lawyer decided to write "Yes" saying that they (INS) has a way of finding out about it anyway. I did not agree with the lawyer (I still do not), but let the lawyer say yes to the question.
