Can someone please help me understand the CSC processing times better? As of 9/22 the published times seem to be 10/1/03 for both EB I140 and I-485. Is this timeline relevant for concurrent processing of concurrenly filed applications or regular processing for non-concurrent applications or...

Thanks for your reply. I filed for I140 (EB2) in Feb '04, AOS in Apr '04, and received the FP now. Is this consistent with how CIS has been adjudicating applications recently?

I'm about to do my FP in California. Could someone please give me a timeline of what happens afterward? In particular, if I marry after FP how I can add my spouse to the petition? Thanks.

Sorry, I couldn't reply earlier. I-140 was filed with CSC the last week of February and the receipt number came in last week.

Thank you, kd1403, for your thoughtful insights. Yes, I did apply for my I-140 already and have just got the receipt number.

I believe there were some proposals to include certain specific categories of I-140 petitions in the premium processing pipeline. Does anyone know if that proposal is still being considered or if it has been dropped altogether? Thanks!

Can someone please clarify if it is possible to get H1-B extensions beyond the 6 year limit (7th, 8th, ... years) after the I-140 is approved and I-485 is still pending? I'm not quite clear because I thought the H1 extensions beyond the 6th year are based only on pending Labor or I-140...
