    Nothing on Dec 01 RD

    Ok, here's the deal. My 485 was submitted 12/10/01. Nothing at all-no RFE, no FP2. Inquiry to BCIS was useless-basically repeated the online message about FP1 being received May 30, 02. Are many others in the same situation? Lawyer advises just waiting. Thanks
