H4 stamping and Name error
Hi, I applied for my H1 extension and recently got the approval notice. But my wife's H4 approval I-539 has a typo in her first name( 'swetha' was typed as 'sweta'). This could be our lawyer's mistake.However the lawyer said that it would not be a problem during stamping.We are planning to...- wrox

Vijay Vempati, it seems they are opening the dates only 4 weeks in advance. oncewe get into jan then we'll c the dates in feb- wrox

i tried for a appt date(H4) at chennai for march but i see that all the slots are booked till the end of april(dates are in red). My question is did they open the dates for Feb and March or are all the slots completely booked Can i go to the Mumbai consulate if i don't get any appt at...- wrox
