anraktan It probably means that RFE was issued for both of you. My assumption is it could be for something like a marriage certificate or medical exam etc. If the RFE is issued for only the primary applicant (as in my case) it could be for the W2,paystubs etc. Again, this is just my assumption...

What exactly is the employment letter that INS wants Is it the offer letter that company B gave me when they offered me that job or is this a letter of intent that I have to provide to INS that they are still willing to hire me upon the approval of my GC ?
