Hi everyone, Do u have any idea how much normally attorney fee will cost for a h1b transfer?

My current employer submited my H1b application Sep. 2003 as a full time position. But things changed and we want a Part time H1b instead. Do we need start a new application all over again? or we can make any changes on the exisiting application? Thanks a lot.
