    re You need to go to the Broad Street office in Newark. Go early, around 6.30-7.00Am. You need your current ead, copy of renewal receipt, and your passport. You might as well keep the h-1 paper since sometimes they ask for it. The whole process takes 4-5 hrs, you have your pic taken etc.

    This looks like a long drawn process. What happens if the iEAD is not given on teh same day? Can you go and collect it some other day, or do they send it via email? Also, is there any way to get an appointment and skip the wait? Thanks
