G-28 required with address change
According to my attorney, the AR-11 does not go to the Service Center and they need the G-28 so they mail correspondence to my new address and to my attorney as well...I don't know where else the AR-11 information goes but apparently not to VSC. Any ideas? I am also very tempted to file a G-28...- e02us

Hello- I just moved to a different neighborhood in the same city and filed SR-11 for change of address. Now my attorney wants to file G-28 Notice of Appearance (and charge me for it) even though nothing else in my petition has changed. Has anyone had a similar experience?
