WAC-270 My number is 270-55xxx. AVM still syas "Jan 12 .. processing resumed" as of Sunday (3/17) night.

Approved for CP and did 485 I filed 485 in July after having been approved for CP. CSC/EB-2-RIR/India/PD Feb/99. Received FP in October and completed on Nov 30.

EAD question I received my EAD in the mail last week. My company attorney and employer immdly demanded and received a photocopy of the same ( one each ). My H1 is valid until mid-\'03. I don\'t want to use EAD. Question : Can the employer unilaterally change my status from H1 to EAD...

FYI : AVM changed Today my AVM changed to "On Jan 12 ... processing resumed" . Maybe you can show this in the "Comments" column. Thanks

No Title would you consider getting a citizenship and then joining your mom in the old country ? College will probably be much cheaper there (than here) and you can always get better opportunities here once you graduate ? Just my 2 cents. Don\'t know your situation in full.

Got aproved with two affidavits I had the same problem. I submitted a copy of the original doc showing the "wrong" birthdate plus two affidavits from parents the correct DOB was as per my other records. I got approved last week w/o RFE.
