How can I check my I-485 ND? I have my LIN number from my lawyer and I check the AVM just said "your I-485 was received on Feb 5 ....." so when or how will get my ND ??? Will the AVM will change and say " your I-485\'s Notice date is on blah blah......"? Please help

I have received my I-485\'s LIN number from my lawyer, and I called the INS, and the AVM said "your I-485 is received on Feb 5, ......." is this a date for RD or ND ??? Appreciated. Thanks in advance.

you can file I-485 I have the same situation as your, and the lawyer said we can fill the I-485 with the old I-140 approval..and file I-140 amendment as the same time. One the I-140 amendment approved the INS will substitute it to new I-140. Hope that clear
