485 Approval
I applied for 485 concurrently with my 140 by NOV 2002. I got my 140 cleared. Now I have EAD and 140 cleared and also 400 days of 485. Is it legal to move out of state for job. if yes what legal formalities are to be done. Kindly help Ramji- sheelaramji

I-140 Approval
I applied for I-140 Nov - 6 2002. It is more than a year with Texus and still waiting for approval. There is no query from INS side. I my lawyer calls them. She get a standard answer to wait and call after 30 days. is there any body like my case. Regards Ramji- sheelaramji
