Hi Arti
Your Jan. 24 message is similar to my Jan. 21 approval message.
Your Feb. 2 message is identical to my Jan. 23.
My lawyer received my AP on Jan. 30.
Going by data posted by me and other users here, you should expect to receive yours Feb. 7-12, if not earlier.
puppymeow,
Did both you and your wife have your AP's mailed to you, or was yours sent to your lawyer?
Seems like the AP is actually mailed on or AFTER the date indicated online.
Yes, mazdur_desi's approval was for AP at the CSC. It was one of the mid-July applications that was pending, along with mine and some others. I am still waiting for approval.
One exception would be the case where an adjustee travels overseas on an emergency AP with a regular AP pending at the BCIS. Such travel would not constitute abandonment of a pending I-485 or be cause for denial of the pending AP as long as he returns on the valid emergency AP. The only...
Same here ... AP ND of July 15, 2003. ... no approval yet.
Can't even enquire with the BCIS until at least the next Processing Times report - probably early-Feb.
Wondering if mid-July applications have randomly fallen behind, or have been misplaced at the BCIS?
The wait for AP approval is indeed frustrating ... sometimes a person may have to leave at a moment's notice with not enough time to gather the necessary documentation and obtain an emergency AP.
Whatever you do, DO NOT travel overseas without an approved AP valid beyond your return date.
