Never Got Letter I did not get letter from USCIS confirming my address change. Did something go wrong?

That's also one of my suspicions. I applied for AP and used it and until now no decision. RD is Jan 2002. I got RFE and USCIS received requested documents on Aug 11, 2003. No approval still. Those who got approved probably could provide more insight by giving information on their occupation...

I suggest that we should congregate with placards and stage a demonstration/rally so that we can air our grievance. What about congregating at a TV station in NYC near Times Square?
