I used UPS Next Day and the delay no body in DOS told me why!.... p.s. One of the Ladies from DOS told me that Fedex is better than UPS in pick up service.

Ok, Here is the situation I spoke to a different lady today, she told me that my passport was issued and sent already, that I should get it any time soon, but I don't see it on my UPS tracking. Lets see if UPS picks up passports today at the visa office. Just waiting and more waiting...
