Folks, I'm reporting on 2 things, I got RFE & my experience in Mexico with RTD

To Kelvin 2088: Yes, I didn't need a visa. There wasn't anyone at the Mexican border anyway. So we just continued driving and also on our way back there was no Mexican Immigration either. Weird. My husband called the Mexican Consulate in L.A. before we left but there was no answer. Weird, again.

Thanks so much you guys. I just created a new account. But just to let you know, I did give my Real info when I signed up and I knew my password and I only logged in once before. So it wasn't that I tried to login with the wrong password or that I loged in to many times. I don't know what...

Let's do something about this whole thing, already

Care2much, it's because of people like you that the Immigration is treating the reat of us like this. You'd rather shush and stay quite and take the shit. You have no right to question on how anyone got their Asylum appoved, we all DESERVED it. As to where we go travel when we get our RTD's, is...

Let's do something about this whole thing, already

I'm sick and tired of this waiting game. We should all try to do something about it, including RTD's. They've increased the fee for the RTD again, it's $165 now. And we have to F-ing pay for it every year. Any ideas as to what we can and should do? No More Fees For Waiting.

possible L1 denial, asylum as an option, please some opinions

I agree with Gilbert. You should find a very good attorney that has had cases from people from your country. My advice would be this: be prepared for a long journey. Unless your life would be in danger if you were to go back to your country Today, then don't even bother. Try to find out the...

Do I need to fill out new I-94

Well, actually this is what happened to me when I entered the U.S. last month. I was travelling with my (ugly, ugly) RTD and I also had my old I-94. The Immig. Officer told me that I'll actually need to fill a new I-94 form and then he stapled it to my RTD. Oh, and he did ask me a lot of...
