No Title I guess it doesn\'t really matter if it\'s B1, H1 or F1 ..as long as it is SOME VAILD visa. Your fiancee can come to US on her own B1 visa and you may then file for her GC in the family based category (once you get married..) which would be the same as it is for H1 or F1.

Hi, VSC is processing my I-485 application. However, my fingerprinting results were sent to TSC instead of VSC. Does that matter? Would TSC automatically send that information to VSC? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
