45 days response time. I just called California service center today. They told me to wait for 45 days for receipt, they have changed policy from 15 days to 45 days. :(

Dont they publish new visa number for next year in October? If so I belive it will move forward. My guess is EB2 and EB3 both will move 2-4 months . Feel free to correct me on new visa quota number in October.
