Hi Udaiappan, Any updates from your lawyer ? You can call John McDonald at (515)281 9336 . He will give you information on whether processing dates for RIR and NON- RIR at Iowa at current. He will also give you an update on your application.

PK_karim, Your application was received by IOWA SESA is on Jan 8th,04. It takes 4 - 5 weeks to hear back from the Lawyer. Wait until Feb 8th - then you can follow up with the lawyer. Right now it's too early for you to expect anything.

RIR. EB2/ EB3 doesn't matter at the time of Labor application only at I140 / 485 stage. If you still want the info - I can ask them about it.

Hi LCHELP, They got a letter from the lawyer on Jan 28. Letter from IOWA Sesa was dated Jan 13.

pk_karim, I think it's all luck. One person's application was sent to SESA on Dec 24 - but yet his got forwarded to DOL on EXACTLY THE SAME DAY and the person whose application was sent on Dec 19.
