Hi I have a similar situation. I got approval emails (I-485) on 6th May 2005 for me and my wife but my I140 is still pending. I spoke to my lawyer and he asked me to be patient and asked me to wait and said that he would let me know as soon as he recieves the I140 notice. Thanks -- Ravi
