Case certified After long wait. Today my case certified. PD April 2003 45days letter replied on 2005 RRI August 2007 AD-EJB July 16 to Aug 22 RR Oct 2007 Case Closed Oct 15 2007 Case Reopened Oct 16 2007 Certified Oct 17 2007 no resumes received

After wait of 4years and 7 months. my case says closed. :(

Still waiting... no hope.. Submitted the RR on 29th August still IN PROCESS. i am in 9th Year. Soon I will file my 10th year. I don't know how long it is going to take. i replied my 45 days letter in Feb 2005.

I tried Cases from 04280-14601 to 49 numbers in that 20 is in process state since 9/12/2005 to till date only 6 is certified 4 cases are closed. but after 50 to 100 almost 90% cases are certified and some cases are closed it looks to be some a**** is sitting on it doing nothig. these cases 45...

In california, you will get renewal notice fill that and send it. DMV will send the new one. no need of h1... you don't need to visit DMV for the renewal unless they mentioned in the renewal notice.
