Got an RFE today for my case too on 27th. I-140,EB3, RD-11/20/2004. I don't think that there is any way to know that, but wait for your lawyers to receieve the RFE.

MY RD is 11/20/2003 and my I-140 date LUD is 09/23/2003.. However nothing changed with the status.. Mine is EB3 Concurrent.. I do not know if that means anything.. Have to wait and see..

Thanks for your info.. I did register on the link that you sent as customer.. My LUD for I-140 is 09/23/2004 and my LUD for I-485 is 04/20/2004 I think the I-485 was last touched on the date when my figerprint results were received by USCIS Does it mean that my I-140 has been touched...

One question.. Where do you find the LUD? What does it represent?
