people, looks like something is spookey about the applications received on 25th July DC date. People from 28th are getting approvals. Do we have anyone here who has got a approval with 25th july DC date

no it is of no use anymore. Same thing happen to me. 0 wait time and I was told that it was decided today in the meeting that they won't be providing status anymore.

Just spoke with visa office and they told me that today in a meeting they decided not to provide any information on visa processing. Looks like too many calls pissed them off.

well DC office would have information based on your name and passport number. I think they don't have any information based on the SL receive date.

xrajesh.... I won't take a chance. I myself had to go to India today, but as of today I havn't reveived my passport. I just called the DC office and I was told that my visa is still not issued. My dates were SL 3rd July: DC 25th July. So I would say don't take a chance, if you really wanted to...

Any activities for July 25th people.

Did anyone from 25th July see any activity? Looks like 25th July is stalled. I have to reach India on 10th Oct. and my only hope is today. If I get it done today and get PP by tomorrow, I will fly tomorro w otherwise I am stuck here.

I sent cashier's check. I though cashier's check is same as Money order.

I called DC office today and I was told that they are processing july 25th and around that date. Mine is july 25th and I didn't get it yet (also nothing in FedEX tracking). Any of you guys from 3rd see any activity.
