B1 visa for Seminar
I am already in USA. I entered couple of days ago. The Annotation on my visa says "attending seminar for 8 days" and says B1/B2. My I-94 says B1 and is valid for 2 more months. However, I will not be able to attend the seminar. Will that be considered illegal? BCIS might think that I...- sneha16066

B1 visa for Seminar
I entered US with a B1 to attend a seminar at an university. For some genuine reason, I will not be able to attend the seminar now - what does that mean to my chances of rentry into USA on either B1 or F1 or H1? Thanks all- sneha16066
