Hello folks- I just started process for my parent's green card. Out of many concerns, one major concern I have is how to support medical costs for them. They are around 65 yrs in age. Any advice or suggestions will be appreciated.

I am on the same boat... My PP was stamped on 11/4/2004. I have not recieved my card yet. Filing inquiry may not work! I did file an inquiry in January and got a response back that " Your case was approved ....blah blah" with nothing useful in it.

I am still waiting for Plastic card... I got my passport stamped on 11/4/2004 but have not rcvd card yet. I did call Customer service and initiated an inquiry. Inocent

Recieved FBI name check inquiry response... I emailed FBI on 29th of September about name check and finally got response on 10/29/2004. They do respond! In my case I got my I485 approval on 10/27/2004 so this email is kind of irrelevent.

Guys and gals- I have recieved the magic emails about approval of my cases. These are the details: I-140 ND 9/25/2003 - AD 10/26/2004 I-485 ND 10/28/2003 - AD 10/27/2004 EB3 FP 12/27/2003 rvcd back 1/6/2004 I140 approval email was recieved yesterday.

Finally it is here... Folks- It has happened: I just received the magic emails for my and my wife's I485 approvals. Thanks a lot for all the support and useful info shared by you guys. I will post a new thread with my case info. Inocent

No I did not contact any one. Does your FP say "recieved and processing resumed..."

My case details... EB3 I140 - ND 9/25/2003 - AD 10/26/2004 I485 - ND 10/28/2004 - AD pending FP - 12/27/2003 - Recieved back on 1/6/2004 I 485 message say: "...FP were recieved and processing has resumed..." I really hope that they will approve I-485 along. I was wondering if some one...

Folks- I rcvd my I-140 approval email yesterday around 8.00pm but there is no change in I-485 status (no LUD change either). Does this happen to anyone? i.e. only I-140 approval and no I-485 approval. I am really getting nervous.

May be because concurrent procedure changed in April 2004 This is just my opinion.

What is the email address for FBI? Can you give me the email address for FBI? Also, what did you write in email? Thx

RFE was about I-94 and all pages of passport (although I have submitted all with initial application).

Hang in there! I filed my EAD on 11/19/2003 and got approval after RFE on 8/4/2004.

UPDATE: I am on the same boat... Folks- I went to Detroit INS today and got my IEAD without any problem. Remember this is my second IEAD for the same application and is valid for 90 days.
