iEAD expiring soon! Need Help!
To the best of my knowledge, one needs to file for both of these extensions (iEAD & EAD) 90 days in advance, to be eligible for an iEAD at the local BCIS office, if the application isn't adjudicated.- am_tan

AP Approval dates
AP filed in Dec 2002, still pending .. ND : 12/06/2002 Status : Pending ? I filed for my Advance Parole (I 131) in Dec 2002 along with AOS , EAD et all. I got an RFE in March 2003 (regarding employment history) which was addressed in about two weeks. I have not heard from the INS after...- am_tan

Re; iEAD expiring soon! Need Help! You needed to file an I-765 again about 3 months before your iEAD was expiring. Your attorney should have told you about this. I am not sure why this is required, but such is the process. -Best of luck, Amit- am_tan
