Will b visa return after 6 months a problem
Hi, My mother is coming in April with travel visa. In genral she can only stay for 6 months eventhough the visa has multiple entry for 10 years. Can she go to Canada and reenter to US after 6 months? What will be the risk? Also, if she apply for greencard through me (I am a citizen)...- jubjub

obtaining H1 from out of US
my sister got an offer from US, she is a Malaysia citizen residing in Singapore. Should she apply H1 in Singapore before she comes or should she comes as a tourist and apply changing of status in New York? Which procedure will be faster, easier and less risky? How long will each one take...- jubjub
