Anybody can provide me updates on the time it takes to get a Non-rir processed in Chicago DOL?

Hi, Has anyone out there done a limited review processing? My lawyers placed an ad for my position and got three replies, none qualified to do my job. I want to know if I can do a limited review processi with DOL and whether my lawyer can request that my case be reviewed as an LRP. Thanks...
