Enquiry Since the Processing dates have been changed to Aug 2002, I called the 1-800 number. Then opened up an enquiry about my since mine was Feb2002. They said that I should be able to get a reply in 30 days. I didn't get any letter from USCIS and my case approved.

MY GC has been Approved on Aug 26th. My details are in the Signature. I wish all of you who are waiting good luck.

RFE generated on 27th Jan Lawyer got the details Emplyment Letter, w-2, 2 months paystubs, passport copy. Spouse Passport copy and Medicals. RD - Feb14th, ND - Mar 6th, FP1 - May5th FP2 - ???? RFE jan27

Checked the message and a RFE has been generated on Jan27. The same message appears on my spouse's EAC# also. Will the message be updated for both Applicants if a RFE is generated for one or Is an RFE generated for both of us. Spouse got FP2 done 3 months back but I haven't got FP2 notice...

Spouse received 2nd finger printing notice on Sep 26th. Date for 2nd FP is Oct 25, but planning to do early. Both have the same the RD, ND and did the 1st finger printing on the same day.
