My H1B is is going to reach its six year limit on Sep15 2003.My Labor application has been certified and I would be able to file for I140 and 485 before my H1 expires. My labor certification was started in April 2003. I want to know if I can continue to work and maintain my legal status. Advice...- kamal_sidhu
