Thanks Thanks Vicky for replying. I did had LUD change on I-140 on 10th august'04 but with no message or status change. The next LUD changed on 24th august and that was this RFE request. Pls. let me know how long did it took for your lawyer to get certified labor copy from DOL?

Question to lucyliu Hi Lucyliu, I got the same I-140 RFE from VSC center to submit certified labor copy and my lawyer is going to tell them to contact DOL to get that. Just wanted to know that how did you finally got yoru copy form DOL? How long does it take? Any advice on how to proceed?
