April has the least approval
It seems to me that April has the least approval compared to other months (Jan-June). Maybe we got assigned to a lousy team. Anyone with the same feeling. :mad:

Thanks for answering. My understanding is since H1 status will still be valid, there is no point to get the visa stamp from the oversea consulate if I can use AP. Or having a visa stamp is better choice?

I filed I140(NIW)/485/AP on April 24 in NSC. My AP was approved on July 31 with I140 still pending. Some people told me that is because I140 was internally approved. Is that true? Anyone in the boat?
I haven't got any REF yet. I wonder how long it takes for NSC to send out REF...
