Hi Bigbang2001, My case is almost identical to yours - but I did get a notice for FP a couple of months ago. Where do I check what date are they processing for I-485 - do I check the Vermont processing times which says they are currently processing Jan 06 for I-485 applications? Thanks

I am in EB2. I looked up a USCIS site which says that Vermont is processing Jan 06 I-485 cases. Does that mean my case will be handled sometime in 6-7 months? Why do you think my case should have been processed by now? Thanks!

aah..I long stopped taking offense to any thing said on this board...4-5 yrs ofwaiting for a stupid LC/GC, and things will be said. Good Luck. Hopefully you will have your LC cleared V. soon
