I think my case was resurrected after my lawyers requested for info. (Larrabee & Zimmerman). Right after the request we had finger printing notice. Early May my lawyers made an inquiry and that instigated the RFE (I think so) and two months after that the cases were approved.

Yes, finger printing was done only once.
