Yes..Tha's True. I had applied a H4 extention initially and then a H1. Currently I have both the H4 & H1 for her..So can I get her stamped on H4 from St.Loius as she is currenlty on the H4 status..(though expired..) What would happen if she satrts a job? My wife is currently on an expired H4 with an already extended H4 and a H1B . I understand that she needs to leave the country to get H4 to H1B stamped.
