B1 visa query
Thanks for the reply. I really appreciate it. We have sent him a letter of invitation and support and copy of the H1 approval...hopefully there will be no problem. My only concern is that a B1 visa is a business visa...is it ok for him to come on this visa without a business agenda/invitation...- vasudevanpreeti

Hi My father holds a multiple entry B1 visa valid until 2008. He would like to visit me (H4 visa) and my husband (H1B visa) in the US for pleasure on this visa.
