    I have applied for adjustment of status to permanent resident (applied Aug 2002) throught the Vermont service center. My son will be turning 21 in December and I heard that the "age out" system is no longer going to help people in this situation to expedite the process. Does anyone have any idea...

    I am a concurrent filer. I called the NCSC after the 60 days were up. They said that they will send a case report to see the status of our case(they also said that this report wont affect the AP process). But the report will be done after 30 days.

    Your I131 APPLICATION FOR BCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT was received on May 19, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 30 and 60 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

    AP not approved. Has been over two months (Vermont)

    Received date of AP 15 May. Still not approved (Vermont), even though right now they are processing AP's with recd date of 11 June. Whats going on! I thought it would not take so long. my notice said it will be cleared in 30 to 60 days.. even that is over now.
