Hi, My H1 & I-94 with Company A expire Aug 31st, 2003. Company B has filed for an H-1 transfer. 1. While the petition is pending, can I travel outside the country? Will they issue me a new I-94 on my return? Do I need a new I-94 if I dont leave US?
