Re: Re: Certified - 100% Auto remanded case
Are you suggesting that I should now RECALL my id?
That may not sound out of place in this age of RECALL though.
And I wish I could RECALL the time wasted in this silly
game as well. ;)
Certified - 100% Auto remanded case
100% Auto Remanded Case. DOT ... 31
DOL RD: end of Aug.
Remanded end of June. Then recalled by DOL recently.
Status changed directly to CERTIFIED in NOV end ( no, attorney didn't even reply to me  ).
Only called today to say that he has received...
Re: Remanded Cases
Do we have any "Auto Remand" case where status has changed from "Remanded ..." without attorny/company requesting SESA(EDD) to transfer it back to DOL?
And/Or
Do we have anymore case where SESA said that there must be a request to transfer the case back to DOL...
Re: Re: Remand Jhatka
I suppose it means send the case as it is back to DOL for adjudication. Asking EDD/SESA to do so is what my attorney wants and drafting a letter that to be sent to EDD/SESA. Upon receipt of the letter, it would be their choice to do it or not but would certainly reply to...
Remand Jhatka
Does anybody know of any attorney who has taken any specific action to handle "Remand Jhatka"?
Please post if you know any - and what other option - if any - we have other than waiting.
My attorney said that he would write to EDD/SESA asking them to Remand it to DOL! Is he...
Sue to survive - this is the land.
Count me as well.
But, technically, we (beneficiaries) probably can’t sue but the employers(petitioners) can. Or they at least need to give their consents. That’s what I thought. And how many of the employers will be willing? Mine won’t - a spineless...
So I am, not quite sure what "remand to state" actually!
I suppose what may be deciding is the text in the letter from DOL.
In most of SF cases it's like, "...it(case) has been returned to state agency for supervised recruitment ..." etc.
That surely is back to square one - or...
Re: Not quite back to square one
Hi nelsona,
Can you please let us know the source for this "45 day scrutiny"?
I am one of the victim of kind a mass "auto remand" at SF DOL.
We have rather taken it to be conversion from RIR to regular processing. Not loosing the PD though.
Re-Process or Re-Ramand!!!
What I understand is that to deny any case (both RIR and NON-RIR), they must show one or more
specific deficiency for the case. It's their burden(work?) to find deficiency. And if they find any, then
they may either issue NOF which would mostly be rebutted...
