Priority date :) Guys! My labor (EB3) priority date is Nove 2004. What if i start a fresh application from a new employer under Eb2. Can I still keep my earlier priority date if my employer decides not to cancel my labor app. Thanks for your help.

H1 extension approved Finally approved !!! My receipt date was July 21st.

Same is the case with me. It said 60-120 days earlier. Then 15-21 days. Now its back to 60-120 days. Anybody there who can help. Thanks.
